The first Steering Commitee meeting

On 26th October 2023, the first meeting of Steering Commitee, the coordination and decision-making body of the consortium, was held – all partners had their representatives there and the main issues of the meeting were the following points:

– FLOPRES vision and mission
– FLOPRES objectives and key results
– FLOPRES Consortium bodies
– Role of Steering Committee
– Milestones and deliverables in 2023

The Steering Commitee had the first voting in the project – they appointed the position of Quality Assurance Advisor what is the role within Project Management Team mainly responsible for monitoring implementation of the quality plan and performing a quality review of the key deliverables.
