Information about the establishment of working teams

 

After successful Kick-off meeeting in the beginning of September and setting standards between partners regarding project responsibilities formally in the Consortium Agreement, we established the organisational structure of the consortium and following project teams were created:

– The Steering Committee is the coordination and decision-making body of the consortium
– The Project Management Team is responsible for the daily management of the Project
– The Communication Team is responsible for promotion and communication activities within the project
– The Product Management Team is responsible for all product-related issues
Strategy & Vision Manager is responsible for strategy planning, vision articulation and communication.

These teams have monthly meetings focused on the current issues needed to solve within the project.
